Gestalt-Art supervision

Supervision is a form of learning through reflection on your own experiences as a Gestalt therapist. Using art resources, you examine your personal and practical situations in different ways; e.g. in conversation with each other and in a personal, deeper investigation.

The basis of this supervision group is formed by: Your own goals and the general goals of supervision, these are to develop your authenticity and be able to act and respond professionally as a Gestalt therapist.

The Gestalt theory, described by Perls, Goodman, and Hefferline in; Gestalt Therapy, excitement and growth of the human personality, Focusing by Gendlin and Beeld in Zicht by Irene Wolf, forms this group's theoretical fundament.

Experiences

- It has been surprising for me to see how something that is going on inside me is reflected in my "creations". This was not familiar to me, I also noticed the hesitation to do something with creativity in my practice. Finally done.

-I started to look differently at therapy and the healing force within, which is refreshing.

-Thank you for reconnecting me with the creative part of me.

-Barbara has set up the supervision well, with beautiful and varied exercises and plenty of room for your input. She brings in different ways of thinking and responds to current questions from the group. I find her inspiring, she has a loving presence, humor, and integrity and does not hesitate to contribute her experiences. In this way, she creates a confidential atmosphere.
